First it is impossible to lose 10 pound in two days, but I think it depends on person there are different people in the world. Someone maybe get 1pond with one hamburger someone can get 5pound with one hamburger.
If you want to lose 10 pound in two days you need hard exercises. Running is the best exercise for losing Weight; you can’t loss 10 ponds with regular running unless you run every day more than 6 hours or 50miles, if you got tiered you can walk to refresh your breath. You have to careful about what you eat in these two days. You shouldn’t eta any fat such as chocolate cake or candy, no raise and bred and…
Beside your diet it’s helpful if you ate medicine for losing weight, it help you to lose weight faster. You have to drink a lot of water, because when you ran you lost a lot of water.
